Hello Everyone!
I'm Jen and I live in north county San Diego. I found BYC on Pinterest when I was looking up information about raising chicks. I'm new at being a chicken mama and wanting to learn more. Our whole family has fallen in love with our little flock. Especially, my grandchildren. I have eight 4 week old chicks; Mia & Matilda are my Lav Orpingtons, Sadie & Molly Mae are my Easter Eggers, Honey & Mabel are my Americaunas, Nugget is my Black Australorp and Blue is my Blue Australorp. We are all going to be building our own chicken coop soon. I'm doing A LOT of research on how to make it predator proof.
