no no there is an easier way to do it....

takt that not so insanely sharp needle and heat it up... the heat will sterilize the tip and just touch the nail with the needle. The heat will go through the nail (you wont feel a thing) and then the pressure will be relieved...

DH wacks his thumb or has a machine slip almost weekly and i have to do this... at one point he had holes in 3 nails on 1 hand

he will be joining Debi's club soon

We were at a ball game the other night and heard a blood curdling scream come from the bathroom area, and sure enough one of the players on DS's teams little sister nipped the tips of two of her fingers in the bathroom door!!!! Just gave me the willies!!!! They say soaking it in kerosene or apple cider vinegar will take the sting away. My dad was a carpender and he always had a mashed finger. . .DH has one now, but I have never had to poke the hot needle in it.
