I'm bout fed up with ebay buyers!! Update... It just gets better!

I got a negative feedback last year over a 15 year old chainsaw that I sold. I advertised it as 15 years old and described just like it was. The guy took it and did a compression check on it and then was not satisfied. He admitted that it ran very good and started very easy just like I said. I told him that I had no way of knowing what the compression was or what it should be and offered to take it back, but he wanted to keep it. He left me a negative feedback. I think everything would have been ok but they were holding my money until positive feedback was given. I asked for positive feedback so I could get my money and I think he got mad over it or thought I had trouble in the past and felt like somthing was up. Ebay at that time had a policy that if you didnt sell so much per year they would hold your money for 30 days to give the buyer time to complain. I had to wait 30 days for my money plus had negative feedback over this idot.

Insurance is the only way to go, I think! I'm surprised they will even insure something perishable!

So here's a question for ya. I ordered SLW eggs from an Ebay Seller. Put them into my Hova 1588 along with 18 Silkie eggs. The Silkie eggs developed (14/18)...the SLWs did not. Not one! The air cells (with the exception of maybe 2 eggs) were attached and looked good. So what then??? I did message him and told him about it. I was very nice and didn't point fingers. I asked him what he thought and he said he wasn't sure and offered a refund right off the bat. I didn't even ask or expect it! So I thought that was very generous and certainly unexpected. Thank you to that seller if you're out there and reading this!

I've bought on ebay 3 x now. 1st time I got beautiful eggs that were well packaged. My fault none hatched. Gave seller excellent rating. 2nd time got 16 True Auracanas when add said 6. 1 hatched out of 16. I was so happy to get a live hatch. Gave seller excellent rating. Just received my BCMS. Delayed 3 weeks due to bad weather. Seller offered me money back but I realy wanted these eggs. Put them in the bator on March 5th. Some of us buyers that cant get these kind of eggs locally appreciate being able to buy on ebay. I get the "handling" issue with shipped eggs.

I haven't bought eggs on ebay, but I've located sellers through there - just search the breed you're looking for and your location - and go buy from them directly.
I've bought hatching eggs on BYC, and those are the ones I had the electric go out on for 3 hours on day 10 - the post office took 3-4 days delivering them to begin with - and THEN my mother
unplugged them for at least 12 hours. . .on day 16. . .
I received 29 eggs. . .27 had chicks develop. . . so far, as of tonight, 21 of hatched and 2 more are pippin!
