Can't do that here. Too cold. Currently the ground is frozen and snow covered.I planted a couple of navel orange seeds last fall. Only one sprouted and it's about 4 inches tall. It's been outside during the California winter.

Place in plastic bag and set in a warm place such as on top of the refrigerator.

I love baby trees! I would love to grow more here, but I don't know much about trees. Do you know anything that might thrive in CA, zone 9?
