I'm in tears right now.

My guess is that if anything had gotten BBQ that it probably wasn't a cat. I think you would have seen feathers if that had been the case. I don't want to upset you but have you seen any hawks in your neighborhood? If BBQ got out and a hawk found her, it would have been quick with no trace. Chickens are supposed to come home to roost so is it dark where you are? I'm still hoping that she decided to take a vacation before you did.

BBq is dark. idk if a hawk would be able to see him in the brush like that
