I'm leaving BYC forever...

Hmm, what if you made the money to build a run specifically for them. Then the poop would only be inside the designated area, and you could even chip in on feed to if you made enough money. They would also be separated from the dogs.
Find a job to pay for the cost, and this will likely make your parents happy as well. Your parents may realize you're responsible and willing to make this work. Then, you could sell eating and fertile eggs, even hatch chicks to sell. If you did this on a large enough scale, you could even profit from the business.
Since the deal has already been made, maybe take them to your grandparents until you have enough money to build a run for them, and then you may be able to bring them back. Fix up your grades, use Khan Academy (I love that site) and ask your teacher questions. Sometimes it's hard for teachers to help if they don't know what your having trouble with. Try to mend things and take the poultry into your own hands. I think it may be possible for your to keep your fluffy babies even if it's just a few. Good luck.

Totally agreed! It may all work out for you. Maybe you could even try selling some pullets; they cost more. There are pretty cheap chicken runs (some are even free) on sites such as craigslist.
I love how Khan Academy gives practice problems and tests. I basically learn the same things in class!

My grandma would never give them back. I know her... But IF MY DAD COULD CANCEL THE DEAL!! Bye, I have stuff to do. If you need me try 1am-3am (I am a night owl)

Yep! Do a Marketplace or Craigslist search. You can make some super simple and cheep hoop runs out of PVC pipes. You can always get pallets as well, there are a lot fo people just giving them away, look on Craigslist. Then disassemble the wood to make the perimeter of your run and find someone giving away/selling wire. Theres tons of used stuff out there to make cheep runs.

I have to agree with Khan Academy. ;) I'm loving home school, and Khan Academy is my go to for math questions.
Remember, you can do this!!!!

Got it. Hmmm.
Just get a run up them. How long until your grandparents take them? Hurry, and get a cheep run up fast before they come. Find a job, since you're good at taking care of chickens, I bet local poultry owners would pay you to clean out their coops. If you have any neighbors then I would go ask around, you can advertise it on FB to. You could do grand work as well. Its not much harder then poultry keeping, and pretty simple once you get the hang of it. Older folks will definitely appreciate the help as well.
The best possible way to convince your parents, would be to tell and show them you have a plan, make it sound something like this-
"I love my birds so much, and am willing to clean up my act for them. I'm going to work hard on my grades, and planning on getting a job to help pay for feed, get a run up to protect them from the dogs/keep poop at bay. Maybe even buy an incubator eventually to raise and hatch chicks. Then we can make a profit off of the poultry. Until then, I'll advertise table and hatching eggs for sale and make money off of that."
Try to find some leads before you talk to them, you'll likely get an, "I'll believe it when I see it" response from your parents. So, you have to make them see it. Show them were you've found cheep material for the run, and maybe even some local poultry owners you're going to ask about cleaning their coops. If they still don't believe you, then start doing it. Make an advertisement on Craigslist, FB, and even a stand at the end of you drive way for eggs, ask around for a job, and show your parents your willing to clean up your act, work on your grades, and take this into your own hands to keep the poultry.
I think if you really put your mind to it, this could totally work. I hope you pursue the effort of keeping them! Good luck and keep us posted, I would be so sad if I had to give away my babies.
