While remember what Grandmas did I remember as a kid when my Grandma just up one day and drove into town to her best friends house and as her friend opened the door to let her in my grandmother cursed her out with every word a drunk sailor would use against a sworn enemy. I was a teen at the time. It wasn't long after that she was taken up to GA to a nursing home where her older sisters were and she remembered them and the gang was back together again.

Sad. You made remember my grandmothers decline. She had gotten to the point where she was convinced that my grandfather was another man who had kick my grandfather out of the house and taken over. I felt horrible for grandpa because they had been together for over 65 years and loved each other so much. Fortunately, I suppose, they died not too long after 6 months apart.
