I'm so old I Remember when:

I remember my mom putting a bag of damp laundry in the fridge when she didn't have time to iron that day.

Huh. Three little kids, cooking, cleaning, I wonder why she didn't have time to iron?
My mother refused to do ironing.
I remember when I went through a teenage phase of caring how I looked, that I was desperate for a crisp white shirt to wear to some outing. My mother hauled an ironing board, iron, and some kind of starch product, out from somewhere deep under the stairs and said 'use these but don't ask me how'!

Yea, they've gone down hill for sure like so many other places.
This got me thinking! I never see Pizza Hut commercials on tv, nor do I see any of their familiar eateries around my area, but a search says they still exist. They hit the dirt when they started shipping in pre-made frozen food. People do not go out to be served frozen food. Unacceptable.

Sure they do. Most chain restaurants nowadays all have pre-made frozen stuff. It's how they keep the taste consistent. I'd add 'and costs low' but that doesn't apply anymore.
