I'm surprised. My cat actually defended my chick!!!!

Remember guys if you want a cat like this i can always tell which ones make the best mousers ratters yet live good with pets, seems to be torties calicos and balck and white females. IDK why. Also pet the cat does it have a solid build? Those cats with strong build tend to be able to over come fiesty prey like rats easy, some will take stoats also. You can just see it in them. Females are your best chance. IF That female has had kittens in the wild even bettter (make sure shes spayed now)

They are both spoiled.
This is right now. Big babies.

Aw! That's the cutest thing!
I got a kitten last fall 'cause of rodent problem. I have all my birds outside during summer time, including ducklings and chicks, and was worried what he'd do to them. Well, I don't think it's going to be a problem. He just strolls around them, sometimes doing a mock-attack to practice his mouse-catching skills.
What's more, one of my ducklings genuinely HATES the cat, and runs over to attack him when he's around. Hilarious seeing a full grown cat being chased around the lawn by a two month old duckling. :lau
