Impacted crop

I have her two stool softeners and molasses in water ( I read on another forum in here that was the amount to give) I’ve given her water and oil to try to loosen it up i’ve gotten a little to come up but I think it was just the water I was giving her. I left her to digest the stool softener and molasses for 2 hours and it didn’t really help I didn’t know I hold give it to her orally should I give her one now? I already put two in her water and gave her all the water.
Try not to make her vomit. Just massage to loosen the contents and work them towards the tube leading to the stomach.

If she spit some of the softener out, I don’t think it will hurt her to get another. And it is good to let it set about 30 minutes or so after she swallows it.

I think you got enough stool softener into her without giving her more. Now you need to pop a little more coconut oil directly into her beak. Chill for a few minutes in the fridge and it will be solid enough to slip into her beak. Do not dilute in food.

Next, massage for fifteen minutes, avoiding pushing the contents above the midline in the crop. You do not want to cause her to vomit.

You should be able to feel the mass break up as you massage it. This generally feels pleasant to the chicken, so don't worry about being too gentle.

I have a Marans pullet with a very serious impacted crop it’s very hard and about the size of my hand i’ve gave her several ml of oil and water with no results. Any more suggestions?
Ive had good luck with a warm epsom salt bath and massage. Just get her bottom wet in the warm water, not the whole bird. Be sure to watch for a poopy butt and keep your hen clean.
For a more serious course, check out YouTube vids on it. There are a bunch out there
