In about 2-3 years, I'll be creating a new Breed of chicken called the Emerald Dragon.(Discussion)

Okay, I may not be able to get Malays, but Cackle hatchery sells Saipan Jungle Fowl, which is the closest I can find. They can get upto 2-3ft tall, which is great.
The hens get to 8-9lbs, & males get to 9-13lbs which is exactly what I need.

Okay, I'm still brainstorming, so my new breeding order may go as:

Silkie/Sumatra X Easter Egger/Brahma, Bred too....


Cornish/Saipan/Sumatra.


Before breeding these crosses officially, I'll stabilize the crosses into like a more a type of breed, which will take hopefully only about 4-5 generations, maybe 7 generations at maximum.

@MysteryChicken I found this craigslist posting from a local breeder and I thought you might be interested if you can figure out shipping lol. He's bred these chickens for over 12 years to have long black tails and a gentle temperament.

Just a heads up, those do not do well in the cold at all. Only reason I don't have them
