So when cove would hit where I lived and all the shelves in the stores started getting empty and I'm a single mother of a boy I realized I wasn't prepared now my brain did not however go to let's kill the geese at the local park I did however get chicks and two baby goats and now this year I've started raising my own eggs as of next May I'll have my own milk cheese butter all from baby goats maybe go that route instead of rounding up your local parks birds lol

Agreed - no twinkies for me. I know all my native plants for miles around and I know which ones are edible. Give me wild berries any day over a twinkie!

Something else to worry about, people that depend on medication... hopefully they know some home remedies.

This is actually a big concern for me. I know a lot of local remedies, maybe even enough to replace my own meds and several other peoples. But my sister with RA? I can't replicate immunosuppressants from plants alone.

I’d have respect if he said ‘Hey, in a doomsday scenario my stupid arse just lost. The chances of this wound being survivable is very very small. Don’t put ANYTHING in front of a barrel you’re not willing to lose.’

Exactly there are many people that will sadly pass because most of us simply do not have enough medical knowledge and the ones that do more often then not need machines to create the actual medicine and supplements.

Well they actually can when there’s issues with the firing pins and worn down parts. I’ve seen it happen unfortunately but it was at a military range and no one was injured thankfully. Then again they weren’t stuffing their thumb in the barrel.
