Incubating and discouraged

No it’s not illegal to feed them, I called and checked. I also am not licensed to own a real gun, and it is illegal to fire them within town. I could likely get away with a pellet gun. But I think traps are the way to go.

People are obviously being brainwashed by mindless socialist dictators, society and government who are attempting to phase out our 2nd amendment rights.

United States Constitution
2nd Amendment
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

I don't see any stipulation where it states "in order for a person to own a gun" they must aquire a license issued by some government dimwit, entity or body.

Its a shame to know that people (our ancestors) actually gave their lives (and their families lives) fighting for our freedoms and those words could be included in the constitution.

Oh she’s from Canada... so yeah :( no 2A but I absolutely agree with you! It seems so strange to me someone can’t defend themselves, property, animals...

Like what do you do if someone attacks you or a coyote attacks or something? Especially keeping animals, I guess some people just expect you to stand by like “well... I guess my animals will die now” I mean I know it’s the law in Canada and it’s strict but even in the USA it’s become quite concerning.

I blame DISNEY and Fantasy Land!

I have yet to see the scene in Snow White or Bambi (omitting when bambi's buck dad gets shot)... were Bambi or the little fluffy bunny is screaming as its being eaten alive by a pack of wolves, a bear or hit by a car (blood guts and all) and the buzzards pig out on the road kill. My point being some people live in some blinded fantastical altered snowflake (white) realities.

BUT!!!!!!!! How dare you if you ping their car door as you get out of your car.

Lol sorry I didn’t mean to open a can of worms here  (yes the Canadian girl just said sorry)
Truthfully I could have a gun if I wanted, I just don’t care to.
I think we need to get back to the issue at hand which is what is wrong with my incubator.
Any help with that would be lovely.

Are you keeping an incubation journal? I use one to track the humidity/temp throughout the incubation and also the results of the eggs (fertile/infertile/good or bad hatch). It's really hard to remember the details after incubation, so writing it down makes it a lot easier to track what went right and wrong.

Also, is your DIY bator a styrofoam one? I haven't had as good luck with the styrofoam one I made, I used a plastic DIY cooler bater and got a lot better results, plus they are easier to clean/sanitize. Did you resolve the issue with the turner going too fast?

Lol my best friend online is Canadian in fact most of my friends are online because I don’t know anyone in my area!

I use an app called Hatchabatch I make all notes there.

I’ve never made an incubator sooo I can’t help there, my temps stay relatively around 97.5, blah blah I found my styrofoam hovabator seemed to do a much better “on time” hatch than my Janoel 12 which always seems a bit late.

No, but I’m going to start for sure!
