Keep an eye on when it starts to internally pip, you amy have to remove the tape so it can hatch, or peel it back as it begins to externally pip. Good luck! Hope the experts chime in soon.Yes, I will keep you guys updated with the sitution....
Thank u. I will keep him under observation. I think i should remove tape on day 20 or before it start pips...!Be careful at hatch, the chick will not be able to break through the tape over the air cell, so it will make it very difficult for him to externally pip. @MGG, @shawluvsbirds do you think she should take the tape off after the chick internally pips? Or is that a bad idea?
Pay close attention to when he begins to internal pip, then maybe peel back the tape over the air cell, so that he can pip through the shell without the tap in the way. How is he this morning?Thank u. I will keep him under observation. I think i should remove tape on day 20 or before it start pips...!
He is ok and i can see movement....Pay close attention to when he begins to internal pip, then maybe peel back the tape over the air cell, so that he can pip through the shell without the tap in the way. How is he this morning?
Okay, when you can start hearing little tiny pips, but nothing pipping yet, start to peel back the tape. @MGG @shawluvsbirds what do you think? He is ok and i can see movement....
