Incubating eggs

Hi. I was wondering if the air sacs disappear in dead eggs. I currently have 6 eggs incubating it's day 16 at the moment, I was going to go into lockdown tomorrow as I have one bantam egg in there. Three of my eggs look like they are developing as they should and have the normal sized air sac. Yet the other three used to have an air sac but its gone. They look like they are developing but slightly later that the other three. I have suspicion that they died because there is no air sac. If they have I'd take them out before I lock the rest down.
