Should I take the eggs out and shut dowm

Listen to me, and listen good, 'cause I'm not going to repeat it again:

You're only on day 22
Your temp was running low for an extended period of time
Low temps create late hatches
You had movement in the eggs last night
Unhatched chicks rest once in a while, just as you did before you were born
Constantly obsessing over what's going (or not going) on in the incubator isn't going to make them hatch one second sooner
Chickens hatch own their own schedule, not our's
This isn't your first hatch; you just went through one about a month ago, with a very good hatch rate. Use what you learned then.

A majority of my eggs had aircell growth, while some had none at all. Is that a good indication that they died?

sometimes it does, you can easily see death in a serama with small air cell though, are you sure your not seeing shipped vs your own eggs difference in air cells?
