Yea I'm thinking maybe things all got pulled out of place or something. Like maybe he absorbed it and had a long cord that he got tangled in? Because he's brushed the cord off and I don't see a sac there so ? Err I hate when this stuff happens... He's just got a bloody umbilical like maybe it all pulled fiercely or something instead of pulling off.
