Oh okay. I've never taught any of my groups to roost. Eventually they figure it out on there own. Even my EHAL babies have it figured out for the most part. Some still sleep on the floor but the rest of them roost anywhere from 4-7ft up.Aw, geez... Silly chickens. They'll get there eventually.Thanks! You have a great evening as well!!! It's an elevated platform with roosts on it. When I first moved them outside and they were still quite little, I had to teach them to go up to it before it got too dark to see - they hadn't really experienced anything like that in the brooder. I was worried that the boys were disoriented by the move and forgot, but they were good. Here's the platform with roosts in a different one with the same design:
