strawberries are past, blueberries are just starting, dont know about any others at the moment, dont know what is in season right now unfortunately
though i have an over abundance of garlic scapes that someone gave me
most of the fruit at my store is shipped in from canada or california and mexico

Garlic scapes are the flower bud of the garlic plant. The bud is removed in late June to encourage the bulbs to thicken up. Scapesmake a fabulous addition to a flower bouquet, and they are delicious to eat! Scapes taste just like garlic. They can be used in exactly the same way as garlic in any recipe.

We eat alot of vegetables and fruit here, if you visit in any good hotel in Israel and see ouer breakfast you will understand!

Off topic, but does anyone know what the parasite is that snails carry and why it is harmful to chickens but not ducks?

Chop it, fry it in some olive oil with some good mushrooms and eggs on top, salt, B pepper and some cumin, you can add to it some goat cheese!

Okay well he poop so thats a good sign!! I think. Hes a pekin/American duck mix. Im giving him a little bit of water brown sugar baking soda and salt mixter here and there his brooder is about 85 90 degrees. He seems to be getting better in time!
