Indian Runner Ducks

Hi, We have a female runner duck who's got a problem with her foot. When you compare her feet, where the foot joins the leg there is a small pea size lump on the good foot, but on the other its much bigger. There doesn't seem to be a cut, and it seems to not cause her so much trouble if we keep her in a small enclosure. We have noticed a duck limping before, but they are all white, so can't tell if it's the same one. It's not black so from what I've read I don't think it's Bumblefoot, although I could be wrong.

Any suggestions as to how to treat her. So far, we've kept her in a small enclosure and applied iodine to the swollen part of her foot.
