A chicken my cousin recently rescued had been attacked by a coyote. She was sitting on a nest when she was attacked. She hasn't laid an egg since the attack, and she has a horrible limp. My cousin didn't know the chicken's personality before the attack, so she can't tell if the chicken is acting normally. The chicken eats fine and drinks, and my cousin has oyster shells in her pen. She's planning on buying some dissolvable poultry vitamins for her water, but she doesn't know how to fix her leg. There are no visible cuts or breaks, so she really doesn't know what to do about it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Hens respond to predator attacks and other stress by stopping laying.
Yeah we assumed as much, but that's not the big issue here. We're more concerned with her leg... we want her to get better! :) Thanks for your input though!
