you are getting there . doing a great job
when the pullets start showing no sign of any parasitic white on they bodies , the cockerels are only 1 or 2 generation away from been clean .
keep selecting pullets with a pure black feathers and under fluff .

you are taking marans breeding very seriously , doing every thing alright . taking note ,marking chicks . taking photos etc.......... you really want to breed a good marans I like that .
I m only saying word ,you are the one who does the heavy lifting .

I just set 63 eggs in the Incubator. It is a new Incubator so we will see how it does. I put in Birchen/Blue Birchen from the two different pens. I also put in White and Blue Copper eggs.
Here are some more pics of Duke. They're the best I could get. He never stands still. Lol

That white stuff on the ground is boiled eggs. I boiled a few extra and fed them as a treat today.
