Thank you, They actually are quite a bit darker than in picture. I don't understand it but it always lightens the eggs. Drives me crazy.

here my commet .
Body type = correct ,rectangular ,long ,chunky ,solid ,well put together , solid leg and shanks . deep chest, thick ,long and well arched neck .long back and correct small tail @ the right angle .
Head = correct .the comb look good .
Body pattern = too early to say .
Silver type= too early to say .

I like the way he walks .no sign of any awkwardness .
he is Elegant in his walk .the trait I m always breeding for .

Head .correct .
Plumage type great .
love the depth of they chest and over all look . show quality 100% .
you should be very proud to say you have a correct BCM type. French ,American or English does not matter .they are true marans .they fit the SOP description in every way . Original Marans SOP .

here one of my BLCM pullet start showing some white dots . getting worst every week

she is really pretty and has a correct body type .So I ll breed her to a Dominant white rooster .
this parasitic white going to help me clear to dominant white from the unwanted Black feathers .
any pullets or cockerel showing a parasitic white are going to be penned with a Dominant white to breed a true white .So I m not going to dismiss any chooks as long as they have a correct body type and lay dark eggs .
