neck is strong and well arched at the top .very good
well colored under fluff .grey/black .
her tail seen on the right angle .

let her finish her molt .

Thank you @Chooks man ! I can't wait until they start laying (the older lady after her molt and the pullet in general). I tried for a few years to get decent marans and bought from so many different places and had ZERO luck on anything. I actualy gave up on Marans and sold all but Faith. These ones just happened to come to me. The awesome roo came from a random egg trade where I just said send me whatever. The pullets came from a friend who wanted to get some and knew someone with great dark eggs so I said I'd go in with them for some. I am extremely happy and just can't wait to see what they produce :)

my BCM cockerel from a different line . Djabel BCM X Bella BLCM
he is good in every thing . body type and color pattern . big boy . nice comb .gorgeous eyes. deep chest .red shoulder ,lightly feathered shanks ,etc..... his tail is coming on the right angle .
I found the cockerel responsible for the missing tail . nasty one .

Bella my BLCM hen proven to be a super Dam ,she produced pullets and cockerels.
I mated her to 3 rooster last breeding season and I get 2/3 great cockerels from her from each mating .7 selected ones in total and a lot pullets too .
2 Silver/golden cuckoo CHARLIE
2 Blue silver/golden cuckoo .1 CHARLIE and 1 SHAMROCK
2 Black copper DJABEL
1 Blue copper .DJABEL

well pleased

BCM cockerel . brother of the one before him .
Zambezi over Shakeara .
stunning body type and color .
his tail ( only his right side) good angle
his problem is his comb .has a double point ( M type) .I can do with that but not the white ears lobe .
this one is built like a tank .he is the youngest .
I ll mate him back to his Dam and start her line .cockerels line .she will fix the comb .all her son s do have a great comb except this one .he got it from his father . Zambezi .
he is my favorite .
I maned him after his father Zambezi 2
