Hi everyone, hope all is well. I am posting some pictures of Magpie. It seems she has developed some copper feathers on the wing, and in the saddle area. Sadly I know this will probably render her as a layer only pullet Is this common in a pullet? Anyone else ever experience this with their BCM females? Both sides have a small copper spot on each wing. I was excited about her development, but now feeling bummed. However I did purchase some wheaten marans hatching eggs so I am excited to see how they turn out.
