sorry for your loss. I hope you will get rid of that predator.

It seems the pullet is okay. She just didn't come home last night. After I opened the first coop I was walking up to the second coop and just mentally tallied the hens I could see. There was one extra. I let out 9 and then there were 10. Chicken math? Grand count - 18 free ranging. 17 hens/pullets and Antonio. All accounted for.

I let my blue coppers out to free range today. Here is one of the cockerels. He's starting to color up on his back some. Its hard to see in the pictures but he has new copper feathers coming in.

They are around 2.5 months old or so. My wing band record is in the brooder building so thats just a guess.

Those are really good quality Marans for only 6 weeks! Precious birds! I like the dog too!
