I do not like a mean rooster ,can cause trouble to you or your man , he did manage to give you nice progeny ,so he can go .
keep Jasper fit ,don t over work him ,when you finish incubating ,you need to separate him from the hens ,so he can stay fit and healthy ,

I am not sure how fertile Jasper is. Last year he had good fertility. I didn't put many of his eggs in last hatch but I think it was not so good. We will see with this hatch.

if he is no causing any trouble .keep him till he molt ,we see if the white goes or stay .

you are saying Jasper fertility is in question .let see . you need to keep one or 2 mature roosters for future breeding .

Fertility of the rooster drop very fast first few years if left with hens all full time .
to keep any rooster fertile and healthy for long time ,need to be penned with hens only in the breeding season , after that rooster should be with cockerels .
layer feed is very bad for the roosters .specially if they eating it all year around like hens .wrong .
rooster should be put in maintenance diet { low protein and Calcium } after breeding .
