Introducing new chickens

We hatched 18 chicks and will need to introduce them to the flock at some point.

The "parents" are 11 months old. We hatched the eggs in an incubator. The chickens roost in the coop at night and free-range all day. The flock has one RIR rooster and the other 17 are 50/50 RIR/ Austrolop. Our intention is to replace the Austrolops with the youngling RIR's

When should we introduce them?
Our RIR's are pretty savage with the Turkeys so I imagine they will be the same with the younglings. Any suggestions?

Any recommendations on how to introduce them?
We were thinking of moving the chicks outdoors as soon as we can. They will be roosting in a separate coop until they are big enough to go into the main coop.I was thinking of keeping them separate (like we do for the turkeys) until they are a bit bigger.

So babies on one side, adults on the other? That should work very well for see but no touch. I assume that's an electric net, is there a way to not turn on the fence in the center so that babies can use the fence holes to safely get away from adults if chased?
