We have had 3 cinnamon queen hens for about 2 months that we were getting 1-2 eggs a day from for a while and when we introduced two new hens to the coop, we have had no eggs for about a week. Is it normal for them to stop laying because of this change or could something be eating our eggs? They have plenty of room, food, water. What could it be?

Any stress can inhibit egg laying. That includes introducing new chickens. A molt or broodiness will inhibit egg laying. Most chickens will take a break from egg laying @ some point each year, usually during winter when they molt. Hybrids are often prone to reproductive issues so I would always check for egg binding if laying suddenly stopped for no apparent reason.
