Introducing new hens to young flock- first timer

UPDATE:

Well, my DH picked up our new girls yesterday while I was at work and instead of listening to me, he just let them join the others.

So far they have all actually gotten along remarkably well. There is of course a bit of resource guarding from my girls towards the new girls but otherwise they aren't being overly mean. No one has drawn blood and this morning everyone was in perfect shape. So far so good.
