Is $150 a hen fair for show Brahmas?

I'm adding new chickens to start my breeding program, the breeder is asking 150 for females and 100 for males. Is this a fair price?

Sounds extremely overpriced to me, but I could be wrong.

That sounds overpriced to me, too. But I've never bought a show hen so I wouldn't know for sure.

I wouldnt pay that for any breed for one most of the time breeders lie and its prolly just a hatchery quality bird. Ive got rarer breeds for less

Do you have any pictures of this specific bird? Some experts on here could tell you if it's show quality or not.

Brahmas are not rare. Unless they're winning the biggest poultry shows in the world, NO. That is too much.

I know for sure they aren't hatchery chickens He's won quite a lot of shows and his line is really nice but still I think it's a bit much.
