These last few days are seriously brutal. Luckily I brought home new bunnies yesterday so we are a little distracted from watching the bator constantly. tick tock tick tock.

agreed .......... I just do task at hand stuff but it's always in the back of my mind really.

So far we have 26 of 30 hatched. 12 on Saturday. 12 on Sunday. 2 early Monday morning (day 21) What day do you give up and say they aren't going to hatch?

It's so hard to wait though! I am on day 20 now. No pips yet. I know we still have time, but my patience is gone. I read other posts that people had some that started hatching on day 18 or 19 and I was getting hopeful that mine would also because they were moving a bit. I never was one for patience, but I am getting really, really impatient now.

LOL I hear you. I realized Sunday I'd mis-calculated & lockdown for me was Monday not Sunday & I was so annoyed with myself a whole 1 more day to go..... grrr.

I have 4 now in brooder, one drying in bator and one pocking through. Very hard not to help her but i won't. 4 eggs nothing yet.
I would wait till day 24 and toss them after that.
I seriously think the wait is torture!!

For the Guineas, we used to have some wild ones where i used to live and never heard them.
Here, we have some wild turkeys but they move a lot and i don't hear them. We are way in the wild.
