What kind of duck & goats are you looking at?

Pekin ducks and probably Nubian goats.

Mine is outdoor. She is near 100# and still considered light. Vet said she should get to 120# at two years old. I rescued her from our local animal shelter. Someone just dumped her off one night when she was a piglet.

I'm a softie for big animals. My chickens are livestock but my pig and my future goats and ducks will be pets.

and I was all worried. All they did was weigh me... and I lost .6 of a pound.... sugeon dont care if I dont loose weight just that I dont gain.... HA I did it.

It did the Dietician wasnt there.... Bwhahahaha... The office nurse weighed me so I lost a bit.... All goood.

Dietician will give me a call later to discuss the diet... oh well.

deb Who technically has one more month to go... Then six weeks schedual where they will ramp me up to a liquid diet... Liquid diet before surgery and after while I heal. then liquid whIle I learn how to eat for a seven ounce stommmach....

It's my first time using a broody so I'm quite excited! I just hope the eggs are fertile. The Maran eggs are from neville, my araucana roo. It's his first time too! So I'm hoping he has got the hang of it! The araucana eggs are from a friend so they should be good!

Heh, I took a photo of the pages so I could use it as a reference for the next time I get chickens. I've had a flock that mostly laid brown or tan and now have a flock that lays primarily blue...I really need a good mix of egg colors. That will help make my world complete

Yes! It is absolutely necessary to find the right balance between ALL the colors! Too much of one shade makes your basket look washed out instead of exquisitely vibrant.
I needs me a rainbow!
