Anconas are known for being very accepting of other ducks if any breed. They typically don't show any kind if dominance, so I'm sure she would be happy with any breed.
I think 3 ducks would be at least 30% more fun than 2 ducks I would try and get one that is close in size to the two you already have. It may take some time for them to bond to each other, but once they do, they will be inseparable.
Literally all the rescues are out of ducks at the moment. We rescued the last from a crappy farm but they only had one female left and she was a little beat up and scared so i took her. I ended up picking up this runner. Dolores was very accepting of the mixxed breed we rescued
Cutie. I would not put her in with the other girls until she grows close to their size. Adult ducks can be absolutely terrible to ducklings. Have fun with the little one. Maybe a stuffed animal in the brooder with her will help her out since you don't have other ducklings.

Just adding my vote for 3. I started with two, Daphne and a Pekin called Margie. Margie died after a very brief illness and Daphne was inconsolable. My husband ended up going on an “emergency duck run” to get a friend for Daphne. We were hoping for another Rouen or Pekin adult. He ended with with two tiny Muscovy ducklings of unknown genders. It all worked out beautifully in the end, but we were lucky. Looking for an emergency friend for a grieving solo duck is not fun. If you have 3 to begin with and something unfortunate happens to one, your remaining ducks will not be alone
