Is my 9 wk old Black Copper Marans a pullet or cockerel?

My 5 week old BCM roos are both pretty much naked, with wing weathers finally coming in this week. How long has this pretty baby had body feathers?

That is exactly how I knew I had a boy and a girl. By the shoulder feathers. I read that somewhere here and it was right on.
To me it looks like a pullet

Around 5 weeks mine started looking less like tiny vultures and more like chickens. This is the same chicken at 6 weeks. You can really see the body feathers.

I agree at 7 weeks the comb and waddles seemed bigger and darker but they're not substantially bigger now that her body has grown more. Thank you for your opinion.

I would definitely say pullet compared to my boys.
I'm excited for my guys to feather out. I checked my calendar and they are closer to 7 weeks. I'll post pics. Tiny vultures, or maybe dinosaurs.
