Is my baby a boy or a girl?

My white leghorn Henny hatched this little one three weeks after Thanksgiving. The fertilized egg was gifted to broody Henny by the woman I rehomed my RIR rooster Jethro with. The hen that layed the egg is a buff orp . Of course I’m hoping for a girl but a well mannered boy would be ok too

Can you get some pictures of the full body(on the side) how old is it? To me it looks like a cockerel

If it is only six weeks or so then I agree cockerel. The comb should not be red till later with a pullet.
