Definitely you will know something is wrong. They go lame, stop eating a discharge from the vent, tail down. Straining as if to poop. The sciatic nerve gets pinched so causes them to not walk..

What is a discharge from the vent? I noticed more white in with the poop and this mornig I saw some yellow gew from the butt. Thought it was some yolk but not sure

There was some yellow. I had my husband hold her while i checked but it was a little i wiped off. I didnt feel and egg or anything. Should i be worried about it?

Went out to the pen and saw yellow dicharge on her again, as well as other places in the run and where she was laying.

This happen on Saturday...what happen? Is she okay, was she broody or bound? Update please!

Went to the vet today. She may have an infection in her resproductive system. She prescribed an antibiotic! She did not feel that an egg was stuck so we don’t think she is egg bound. My girl has a history of not laying consistantly so the dr feels that it may be an infection!

I hope the antibiotic helps her get over it.
