She used to be sick around 2weeks old she is now a month and a half but still has sniffles the feathers are back

Ok and yes but it seems she doesn't know how as I haven't seen her done it in a while.

To induce that behavior, try letting her swim in warm water, supervised for a little bit, and she should clean her nares out well. If the sniffling continues it could be a fungal, environmental, or respiratory problem.
