That was terrible.
You seemed like such a nice person, but now you've revealed your true colors.
Totally random - I think that possibly the above expression (revealing your true colors) came from pirates who would fly the flag ("colors") of a friendly nation, then on approaching the victim, they would fly their black flag - the "true colors." Just a hypothesis that has nothing to do with anything.
Yes, Em gets pretty POed if she's called old. I told her that I was rasied to respect my elders, and that opened up a whole 'nother can of worms.
She's only 23. And I'm not THAT bad. She teases me about serial killers in my shower!
That hypothesis is actually correct.
How'd you do that?
Be careful - she's more powerful than you can guess.
She is apparently capable of bribing zombies.
Well, I read a lot of stuff about the 17th-19th centuries, and just remembered that the term "colors" was often used in reference to flags. Watching Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides probably helped jog my memory of irrelevant pirate stuff. Also the fact that I just read a biography of the great Confederate privateer Captain Raphael Semmes. Having a correct hypothesis makes me happy.
