Is She A Pure Breed

I got her from another person about 2 years ago and her feather colors have gotten darker and more brown that the past. Some of her babies come out mallard mixed but I’m not sure if all Welsh Harlequins are from malllards.
Pure welsh harliquin ducklings shouldn't come out mallard colored. Good quality WH can also be sexed by bill color at hatch.

Here’s a picture of one of her ducklings, its the one to the very out. The duckling is a pekin mixed and I don’t own any mallards so I’m sure that the mallards are from the welsh.

I found this article too that they are ancestors from Mallards. Is that a possibility I’m getting mallard ducklings. And also the yellow ducklings behind the mallard are the welsh ducklings.

The white on a pekin can be covering up other genetics that you won't see until you do a cross. They can hide all sorts of weird colors.

You really won't know for sure until you pair her with another WH and hatch out some babies. They should have light colored down with brown or grayish frosting, and males will have brown bills while females will have a dark bean or stripe down the middle of a light colored bill.
