is there a interest in some standard silkie eggs

no no quarantine periowd. but ONLY because i know the person personally and have known her for years. just happened that this roo got to big to show so she wanted him gone
she also had him seperated from the other birds for quite a while

ok took a few pics today, here we go! i have a scale on my list of things to buy...

normal silkie egg on the right, standard silkie egg on the left

2nd generation hen, hatched in november 2010 the comb is getting better

again the hen that was born in november, next to my biggest 2 year old bantam hen

evyle, 1st generation hen. one of the original pullets. she is the same height as my Standard cochin roo, and just as hefty. my 7 year old daughter, who can pick up a gallon of milk cant pick this hen up

tomorrow i am posting the auction to run from tomorrow to the 25th, this auction will be for 6+ eggs. what ever eggs i collect from the 25th to the 31 . i know there will be more than six, but they ARE sillkies and could go broody at any time lol.

Gorgeous roo! I'm working on a Silkie project too; I have some Silkie-X-Ameraucanas who lay green eggs. I'm trying to return to the Silkie standard while keeping the colored eggs. My Silkie-X hens are larger than the bantam standard and I'd love having a standard Silkie roo to mix them back with.
