Is this a isa brown chicken?

I don't really think it's a red sex link mix, but it's possible. And I'm thinking it's likely a cockerel.

Cockerel. I did a project with Delawares and Rhode Island Reds.
RIR male/Del females = female chicks looked like the RIR father and the male chicks looked like the Del females.

Del male/RIR females = All of the chicks looked like the Delaware male.
