Is this a pullet? Opinions?

That's a pullet! @drumstick diva, I think chickens enjoy being able to curl their feet around things, for balance. When sitting on a wide board, they don't have anything to grasp. A friend of mine has a coop, and there are two 2x4's going across, wide side up. There is also one board, same dimensions, with the short side up. All those chickens roost on the narrow board. Even if they are scrunched. But I have never seen a chicken prefer a wide board. Just my thoughts......

Can someone help me identifying this 13 weeks old Easter egger?! My friend said it was a rooster but I'm not sure

I'm not an expert at this, but my thoughts are a rooster. My EE hens all had flat tails. and yours goes up. . Another way to tell roos and hens is by their pea comb. Roosters will have a wider one than the hens.

lovely pullet, she doesn't look to happy on the roost. Chickens don't grasp the roost like wild birds. They prefer to lay their feet out in front of them and rest their head on top to keep feet warm.Generally people use 2 x 4's for roosts with the wide (4")side up.

Thanks for the tip. It’s our smaller coop used for the birds that haven’t joined the main flock yet, and I’ve been meaning to put in better roosts but haven’t yet. I need to get on that.

While I’ve got you here, any ideas on a modified roost for a one-legged rooster? Neither round nor 2x4” seems to work for him. He seems content on the ground, but it’s not the cleanest.
