When she was laying about a month ago there were a blue/ green egg. But she hasn’t layed since thenThis pullet looks really close to yours without a lot of muff and no beard she lays a Pink egg and her sister behind her a green egg. So, about 100% shot she is a pretty Easter egger when you get you r first egg you will know. She will never lay another color.![]()
Just remember spring is good. It has a lot to do with the amount of light in her day. You can supplement light there are some good threads on the forum to help. However, no promises. You have a nice Easter egger hen and she will always give you those blue/green eggs. When she was laying about a month ago there were a blue/ green egg. But she hasn’t layed since then

No. I will explain that there are several colors.Americanas are only one specific color, I would probably think Easter egger.
So sorry, I should of explained it better, I meant that ameraucanas couldn't be for example black mixed in with an other variety of color while easter eggers can. Sorry! No. I will explain that there are several colors.
Though that is an Easter Egger, Ameraucanas come in the following colors:
Wheaten
Blue Wheaten
Black
Blue (and splash though not accepted)
Silver
White
Buff
Brown Red
(And, to be accepted is the self blue Ameraucana)
Because an EE is one of the accepted colors doesn't mean that it is an Ameraucana. The EE is not one of the colors, but if it was there would be other identification factors. For example, one is that it has no beard. There are a few other factors also. http://ameraucanabreedersclub.org/standard.html
Oh, ok. Silver does kind of have that, but it is black and white. So sorry, I should of explained it better, I meant that ameraucanas couldn't be for example black mixed in with an other variety of color while easter eggers can. Sorry!
