Is this bullying or just normal

Hello. I have 5 2-day olds and I recently noticed that this chick was getting picked on by the rest. Should I be concerned about this

2 day-old chicks don't really bully. Anything they peck is out of curiosity and learning about the world.

How are they picking on her? Are they fixating on a certain spot? Her eye, perhaps?

There is one chick who is probably the most outgoing who pecks at her eye ocean and the others step on her and mess with her. She is the sweetest one and loves being held, and she mostly is by herself

If they’re pecking at her eye, get a sheet of white printer paper, draw some tiny shapes on it (even just dots from a permanent marker), and tape it to the inside of the brooder. That usually gives them a distraction to peck at.

Everything else, just leave be unless they are causing injury. The chicks still need to sort each other out, and there are always some that are more rambunctious than others.
