Is this bumble foot???

So my black hen had an issue with a few things. First molt last year, she never grew her butt feathers back. This year she is very balding on belly and under her wings.Her skin has bern very red since her first molt. Now bumps on her feet. Is it bumble foot? Can anyone think of anything thats going on??

Those look like normal chicken feet to me. Is she limping or showing other symptoms of being uncomfortable while walking?

shes walking fine but her foot didnt look right when roosting. Her right foot toes looked curled inward. It may have been just the way she had her foot. I will definitely keep an eye on it.
