Is this chick a hen or a rooster? And what breed is it?

This little chick has been through a lot, with pasty butt problems and prolapsed vent. It was always a little runt. Now thay's grown some more, I'm questioning its gender. I'm sure its a cream legbar and assumed it was a hen due to the distinctive broen stripe running along its back and head. Now that it's about 4-5 weeks old, it has a very vivid comb. Here's a few images to help determine the gender:

Not a cream legbar!!! Why were you “sure”?
And yes it’s male.

I’m not a chicken expert, okay? I don’t know all the breeds, but it looked like a cream leg bar when very young. What breed is it if it’s not?

I'm not sure about the breed. I don't think they meant to be offensive in any way, just were letting you know. We're all learning here!

True that. I’m really disappointed and disheartened it’s a male. I’ll never be free of this darn Rooster outnumbering Hens curse.

Always seems to happen to me to. Do you happen to get them SR, or hatch them yourself? If bought, where were they bought from (that can help narrow down possible breeds)
