How is she now?

Everyone’s put away for the night now, but I went out, and we chattered to each other. I let her out briefly. She asked me why I wasn’t giving her any food, drank some water, and took a big poop.

I think she’s walking better, too (she is the goose that was limping suddenly 3 weeks ago). She’s had a small but manageable limp since, but I think it might be better after all the eggs.

She’s doing alright this morning. There’s a new egg from my African but nothing from my Buff. She was weird about eating her feed again, but she eventually ate after an hour or so.

Good update today. She’s been throwing around hay, building an extravagant nest all morning, and just laid a big, hard-shelled egg a few minutes ago
