Is this frostbite??

So far in my honest opinion they have both. A window and door that go thru and thru. My temps havent been below 14. He likes to escape with my top hen probably 6x or more a day. I clean the coop daily.
But you have to take into consideration the placement of the roosts. You don't want the ventilation positioned so that the birds are sitting in the path of the air moving through the coop. You want to have it at least a foot above roosting level.

Voting yes on frostbite as well.
I had a broody girl who wouldn't roost with the others and slept alone in a nesting box which is sort of dormer-style ( bumped out from the main coop). She had a touch of it on a few spikes just like yours. I'm surprised it's almost healed.
We wound up covering the outside of that part of the coop with two big moving blankets for extra insulation.

Coat comb and wattles with a good layer.
Things you can use:
Vaseline
Chapstick
Aquaphor ointment
Bag balm
Carmex (in the little jar)
Probably more, just can't think of any right now.

Ty for your help, can i prevent this in the future??
Everyone says you can, I don't believe it can be fully prevented in all circumstances. Proper venting within your coop, some sort of Vaseline product that doesn't contain moisture can be applied several times a week to combs and wattles. Also coops in the winter really need to be cleaned out fully every day to prevent fecal moisture. Its not as much as their exhaling, but it adds up. You want to strive for %20 or less humidity in the coop when they are locked up.

Ty!!

Well yesterday i spent the entire morning in the coop. Made sure the ventilation was good put extra straw in there as well as pine shavings. I clean the coop daily. So today my rooster has 3 tips black. I didnt get a shot of him yet. The run has a roost they all congregate on in the mornings until i let them out to free range. While our temps haven't gotten below 7 degrees we are higher elevation and keep some kind of wind constantly. I didn't notice the other tips first thing this morning but im not 100%. Tomorrow morning i am going to check him over thoroughly and I'll update then. His dont seem to be white. They just got the black color. His wattles are fine. Thanks for all the help so far. Do you think it's because he has a large comb? My girls are fine.

Got a pic.

You could create a windbreak with plastic on one or more
My stepdad said that. I asked him to be more specific and he never responded. I have plenty of material. here is a pic of my coop ill mark the roost because its hard to see in the pic. I think he was saying to wrap the entire thing in plastic. I can , just wanted to clarify if that was the right thing to do. And hey stacy:frowhope you had a wonderful new year:D
