I would print out the ordinance for your area which states that if he dog is a nuisance to your chickens you are allowed to shoot it. On it I would write a very kind note thanking him for keeping his animals on his own property. Then I would invite him to shoot your chickens if they wander onto his property (assuming your chickens don't really go a wandering). That will give him something to think about. Slip the note under the cake which you will deliver with witnesses at a time when their whole family is home. Deliver all cheerfully.

Then I would have the survey company come out and mark the land again, and install a permanent 8' fence with hotwire and turn that baby ON 24x7!

lol, just give him the laws by certified mail! I have a jerk neighbor that sprayed my dog in the face with a hose to make him mean. Said he didn't like him! We had to get rid of him cause he was a american bull dog and he tried to bite my hubby's neck when feeding. Yeah 2 toddlers, ummm no!

Then he sprayed my grapes on my fence ( ok, there are 2 fences...one on the line that is old wood and falling down, then 1 ft in on my property their is chainlink. grapes are on that) with poison to kill them.

WELL IT"S ON LIKE DONKEY KONG! He keeps coming out and sections of the old wood fence on the property line keeps falling(cough cough) I watch him pick it up , re nail it and move on.

hummm 2 weeks later, must be the wind...cough cough! Might i say, i am half evil~ Wicked tattoo'd on my arm and i like to dance with the devil...lol ok that's just a saying so no thumping! And might i add he's like 80. I know, i know but like i said, IT'S ON LIKE DONKEY KONG

I would send it certified mail or maybe even contact a lawyer and have him/her send it. On their company letterhead. Document everything.

Take it from some one who lived in between a convicted murderer and a house full of hookers.

Their fenced in area is large though

as for the 8' fence oh i wish!!! and privacy fence at that..so I cant SEE them anymore

and we have double wire hot wire around my chickens fence for this very reason as well

My mom has an Am. bulldog, she is VERY aggressive to children (which is odd her mother and father lived and still live with an entire family and were sweet love bugs) but Asia (my moms dog) just reciently has no tollerence for seeing children around (she is kenneled and locked in and she cannot escape) and that concerns me... as hubby and I are planing on a baby and even though I wouldnt let them anywhre near the kennels when people visit they are always like "awh pretty dog!!!" and it's liek"NOO stay away, warning signs, and dog is barking it's head off at you stay away!" LOL. I think that in some Am bulldogs their guardian instinct is way too strong. otherwise she's just hyper and wants loved but I still partially dont trust her.

I'm rambling but you mentioned two issues that got my mind wandering

that is REDICULOUS he poisined your grapes... he could more than likely go to jail for that... if you eat those grapes the poison could ...well poison you and that just makes me angry that he did that!!!
